| Zoom Photo Studio, LLC was formed by photographer Travis Gauthier and a business partner in October 2003 with offices and studio space at 201 Jefferson St. Suite 119, Lafayette, Louisiana. with 780 sq. ft. total space. All graphic design and promotional materials were done in-house by Travis Gauthier. Clients lists and bookings grew extremely fast over the first year in business. Since July 2005 the company has been wholely owned and operated by Travis Gauthier. All image copyrights of Zoom Photo Studio, LLC remained property of the company and its owner. On September 24th 2005 Hurricane Rita hit the gulf coast region. The offices and studio at 201 Jefferson St. were severely water damaged due to wind damage to the roof, allowing water to pour in. Fortunately most major equipment was secure at another location during the hurricane. A new location was found in downtown Lafayette and with hard work and perseverance Zoom Photo Studio was up and running just weeks after the hurricane. Zoom Photo Studio now resides at 113 Clinton St., Suite 2A, Lafayette, LA with approximately 2000 sq ft of shared studio and work space. Travis Gauthier was nominated as best photographer in Acadiana in the 2006 and 2007 Times of Acadiana Readers Polls. Bio: Travis Gauthier is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, USA. Gauthier is a graduate of The Art Institute of Houston where he earned an Associate of Arts degree in Photography with a focus on digital imaging and portraiture. Combining digital photograph design with the tools of traditional photography is a focus of Travis' work. His main artistic tools are Nikon and Sinar cameras, White Lighting strobes, Adobe Photoshop, Apple Macintosh computers, and "anything else he can get his hands on". Travis is a ten year master of Adobe Photoshop (versions 2.5-CS2). Travis says "tantalizing the imagination and evoking emotion" are the main goals of his work. A retainer and signed contract is required for date reservation. To maintain customer service and quality, Zoom Photo Studio only accepts bookings for three weddings per month.
